FROG has a formal management structure: a Board overseen by directors, and is currently in the process of setting up a separate trading arm for our successful Community Transport Project. FROG’s financial systems are based on a commitment accounting principle and have passed a local authority audit and each annual company audit. Restricted funds accounts are set up as appropriate.
FROG is a well established community organisation strategically managed by an experienced volunteer board of directors. The overall day to day management of the organisation is carried out be FROG Enterprise and Finance Manager’s.
FROG projects enterprise manager is qualified to degree level and has over 15yrs experience in the voluntary sector and a proven track record of managing and delivering a diverse range of successful regeneration projects within deprived areas. In addition, she has developed effective project management and performance practices within the organisation to ensure projects are delivered real tangible outcomes, on time and within budget.
FROG finance and monitoring accounts manager is fully qualified association of accountant technician (AAT). The post holder currently has direct responsibility for budget control, financial reports and; has successfully undergone several audits from external agencies including Local Authority, European Office, Accountants and other funding bodies.
FROG also employ a business administrator, an advanced driving instructor, four community transport drivers and; importantly have the support of eight regular volunteers and around ten occasional volunteers all of whom have a wide range of skills.

Andrew is a local resident and has been on the board of FROG for over ten years. He currently works in the field of Community Development for local government.
Lynn Pallister – Community Enterprise Manager
Lynn is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to the FROG successful community enterprise initiatives bringing the community together and reducing poverty through helping many gain valuable skills and employment.
Lynn has extensive experience of working with vulnerable and hard to reach groups and community regeneration projects within deprived communities and; has built strong and successful partnerships with a wide range of stakeholder organisations.
